Oh man I just came from the gym walking and ugh thats okay because there was no sun and blah.
The good thing is that now I’m home and I prepared the mostrar delicious shake of the week.
Simply with almond milk, a tablespoon of peanut butter and of course a scoop of protein powder, very delicious :)
Oh And yeah, today was chest day i couldnt bench :(
I desperately need a spotter lol >.
